  • What is GEO?

    Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) is the process of optimizing web content to improve visibility in AI-driven search engines and conversational interfaces, such as Google Gemini, ChatGPT, and Perplexity. Unlike traditional SEO, which focuses on ranking links, GEO aims to make content easily digestible, authoritative, and quotable for AI models to feature in direct answers, summaries, or citations.

  • Can I customize meta tags myself?

    Mostly, yes. Ivarii allows you to add meta tags directly to the header of individual pages or across the whole site, if you want to add your own. There are some tags (like the canonical) that we do not currently allow you to alter, as it’s important Ivarii sets it correctly on your behalf and they don’t get out of sync with the actual page URLs.


    If you see large score fluctuations over a long period of time this can be attributed to Google making adjustments to their scoring system.
