What does Ivarii 'domain & hosting services' include?

Is there a limit to how much 'edits' I can request a month?
Yes, with Ivarii's Web-Pro plan you are allotted 1000 credits a month, which is equivilent to 10 hours of work from experts in the industry. If in a case a deliverable does not meet your satisfaction, no credits will be deducted.
What happens if I don’t use all of my budget in a month?
Our model is designed to be flexible because we know that your needs will fluctuate. Unlike agency retainers, where you use it or lose it, your unused monthly credits will roll over for one additional month to ensure you get full value from your subscription.
Can credits buy new web pages?
The Web-Pro subscription gives you 3 pages (including the home page), any additional pages built and designed by our experts come with a one time cost of $999 each.
What is the minimum commitment?
Ivarii's Web-Pro subscription requires a one-year commitment because we prioritize ongoing creative partnerships. Unlike one-off projects, our services shine in fostering long-term brand development. The longer we collaborate, the deeper our understanding of your brand becomes, maximizing the value you receive and your overall growth.
What CMS platforms do you use?
All web sites we build are built inside the Ivarii platform.
Can I export my Ivarii website to another CMS?
Yes, you can export a Ivarii website to another CMS, but it's not a seamless process and requires some manual effort. Ivarii offers a "Site Export" feature that allows you to download a ZIP file containing your site's HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, and other media files. However, you'll need to manually rebuild the site's structure and design on your chosen CMS, as Ivarii's widgets and templates are not directly transferable.
How do I keep track of my credit balance?
With every credit transaction, we'll send you an invoice which will include your current credit balance.
Can I get a credit top-up?
Yes! Credit top-ups are available for an additional $499.

Are there resources I can use to learn the Ivarii platform?
Yes! There are plenty of resources to teach you how to take full advantage of Ivarii's impresive capabilities. Ivarii's Help Center is a great resource that anyone can access. Also, once inside Ivarii's platform, additional resources are made available to you under the 'Learn' tab in the side navigation.
Do I need to know how to code?
No, you do not need to know how to code at all.

Though, that does not mean you can't code if you wish to, as Ivarii allows you to select any emement and apply custom HTML/CSS.
